If it affects the industry, it affects you! The VMBA Day on the Hill is a critical component of our overall advocacy efforts. The Virginia economy depends on mortgage solutions VMBA members provide to Virginia’s lawmakers. We need to have face-to-face dialogues with our state representatives so that they better understand the key issues impacting our industry, thus enabling them to make informed legislative decisions to help VMBA members maintain a favorable lending environment.

Sponsorships Available - $250 Sponsorship includes logo and link to website on all event marketing and signage at both the networking social and the legislative briefing and breakfast, as well as recognition from the podium at the briefing.
VMBA Recruiting Policy In an effort to maintain a high quality of professionalism at VMBA events, the VMBA has adopted a non-solicitation policy. Attendees hereby acknowledge that employers spend significant time and expense in recruiting and training employees, and that the loss of employees can be detrimental to employers. Each attendee of a VMBA event hereby agrees and covenants not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or recruit for their own benefit or the benefit of another, any employee or worker while participating in a VMBA event. If an attendee is found by the VMBA to be soliciting or recruiting during a VMBA event, the attendee may be asked to leave the event and shall not receive a refund of any event fees or sponsorships paid, if applicable. Such determination shall be made in the sole discretion of the VMBA.
