The Northern Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association (NOVAMBA) is the local chapter of the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association (VMBA). Our members originate, fund and service mortgages secured by residential real estate. They play a vital role in the economic growth of our community and service homeowners in the Northern Virginia and Metropolitan Washington areas.

LENDERS Join the Northern Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association by joining the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association by completing the VMBA Membership Application and request that you would like to also join the NVMBA. LOCAL AFFILIATES Who can apply? A local Affiliate shall consist of a business that is affiliated with the mortgage lending business and whose business is conducted entirely in the territory served by the Northern Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association. Annual membership dues for NVMBA local affiliates is $250.
