As an annual partner, your company will gain more exposure and help you save. Who can apply? A local Affiliate shall consist of a business that is affiliated with the mortgage lending business and whose business is conducted entirely in the territory served by the Peninsula Mortgage Lenders Association. Annual membership dues for PMBA local affiliates is $250.
