The purpose of the Richmond Mortgage Bankers Association is to support, protect and promote mortgage lending and home ownership in the Richmond Metropolitan/Tri-Cities area. We promote fair, ethical lending practices and professional excellence among all types of real estate finance companies. We provide training and education, and are a referral source for additional information. As an organization we are dedicated to helping our members do their business better and more effectively. We actively advocate for our members by staying abreast and informed of local, state and national legislation that affects our business. |

LENDERS Join the Richmond Mortgage Bankers Association by joining the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association by completing the VMBA Membership Application and request that you would like to also join the RMBA. LOCAL AFFILIATES The Richmond Mortgage Bankers Association is here to help you reach our local market. Our partner opportunities will provide you with an elevated level of exposure to the membership while supporting your local lending community. As an annual partner, your company will gain more exposure and help you save. Who can apply? A local Affiliate shall consist of a business that is affiliated with the mortgage lending business and whose business is conducted entirely in the territory served by the Richmond Mortgage Lenders Association. Annual membership dues for RMBA local affiliates is $250. Please note: You may only join one VMBA chapter as a local affiliate. If you wish to join more than one chapter, you must apply for VMBA associate membership and add the appropriate chapters.
